They are two of the many recruiters assigned to Flint, Michigan.

They're very busy these days.

Dale Kortman: Look-it, he's running away already.

Raymond Plouhar: He's seen us coming.

Dale Kortman: Yeah.

Raymond Plouhar: What have we got here?

Dale Kortman: Uh-huh.

Raymond Plouhar: We don't need no gangster.

Dale Kortman: Yeah.

Raymond Plouhar: We're heading over to the Courtland Mall right now.

Michael Moore: They decided not to go to the wealthier Genesee Valley Mall in the suburbs. They have a hard time recruiting young people there.
